一、期刊简介
《iLibrary》是一本引领性和国际化的开放获取英文期刊,致力于探索“智慧图书馆”这一不断发展的前沿领域。我们旨在为来自不同背景的学者、实践者、技术专家及政策制定者搭建一个充满活力的交流平台,推动图书馆与新兴技术深度融合的相关研究。本刊重点关注智慧环境、智慧服务、智慧管理等多个维度,围绕人工智能、数字人文、开放科学等关键议题,探讨技术对图书馆服务、用户参与及信息获取的变革性影响,始终将核心用户的需求与体验置于讨论的中心。
作为开放知识的倡导者,《iLibrary》承诺消除知识传播的经济壁垒,所有刊发成果均可供全球读者免费获取。无版面费,稿费从优。

Call for Papers of iLibrary
Dear Scholars and Researchers,
We are pleased to announce that iLibrary (ISSN: 3106-552X), an open-access journal sponsored by Tsinghua University, with academic support from Tsinghua University Library and published by Tsinghua University Press, was officially launched in 2026. The journal is edited by Professor Jin Jianbin, Director of Tsinghua University Library, and its Editorial Board is chaired by Professor Sun Maosong, Executive Deputy Director of the Institute for Artificial Intelligence at Tsinghua University. We cordially invite you to submit your original research articles for consideration in our inaugural and subsequent issues.
1. Journal Introduction
iLibrary is a leading international open-access journal dedicated to the evolving field of smart libraries. We aim to create a dynamic platform for scholars, practitioners, technologists, and policymakers from diverse backgrounds, promoting research at the intersection of libraries and emerging technologies. The journal focuses on multiple dimensions including intelligent environments, intelligent services, and intelligent management. Addressing key themes such as artificial intelligence, digital humanities, and open science, we explore the transformative impact of technology on library services, user engagement, and information accessibility, always keeping the needs and experiences of our core users at the center of the conversation.
As an advocate for open knowledge, iLibrary is committed to removing financial barriers to knowledge dissemination. All published articles are freely accessible to a global audience. We charge no article processing fees and offer competitive honoraria.
